What about churches that WANT to perform gay marriages? There are several Christian churches in my city that do. Within the bounds of religious freedom, shouldnt they be allowed to do that?

It would become a dialogue between the different religions as to what is the will of God. (Which might end up with the discussion of what is the nature of God.)
